Projenin amacı

Relieve critical supply constraints and meet the growing demand for a reliable and adequate power supply, particularly in Sana'a, the key load center, until a master plan can be designed and implemented for further least-cost system expansion; andLay the foundation for development and reform of the power sector in an economically and environmentally sustainable manner and with increased participation of the private sector.
