Projenin amacı

Building on the achievements of the First Fiscal & Economic Reform Operation, the objective of this operation is to support the Government of Samoa's efforts to strengthen public financial management and establish the conditions for more robust private sector growth over the medium term. The policy areas under consideration for the proposed operation include: (i) debt management; (ii) procurement; (iii) tax revenue; (iv) payments systems and remittances; (v) tourism; (vi) PPPs policy and (vii) tackling NCDs.
