Projenin amacı

Program Kalkınma Amacı, yetkililerin (a) ekonomiyi rekabete daha fazla açmak ve özel sektör gelişimi için elverişli piyasa koşulları yaratmak; ve (b) daha iyi hizmet sunumu için kamu sektörünün verimliliğini, şeffaflığını ve hesap verebilirliğini güçlendirmek yönündeki çabalarını desteklemektir. Asıl metin: The Program Development Objective is to support the authorities in their efforts to (a) further open the economy to competition and create favorable market conditions for private sector development; and (b) strengthen the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of the public sector for better services delivery.
