Proje Geliştirme Amacı, Türkmenistan'ın petrol ve gaz sektöründen kaynaklanan metan emisyonlarını, Türkmenistan Hükümetine ve devlete ait işletmecilerine izleme, raporlama ve doğrulama çerçevesi ve araçları sağlayarak yönetmek ve azaltmaktır. (YZ çevirisi)
