Distance Sales Agreement

The Turkish version of this agreement prevails.

1. Parties

This agreement is made electronically on guncelihale.com between the seller ("Seller") and the buyer ("Buyer") whose details are listed in the table above.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the Buyer's purchase of the guncelihale.com plan listed in the table. The plan's scope is described in the Pre-Information Form shown before the purchase, which forms an integral part of this agreement.

3. Price and payment

The price of the plan is the amount stated in the table, VAT included. Payment is taken by credit or debit card as a single payment through iyzico. After payment, an invoice is issued in the Buyer's name and sent by email.

4. Performance

The Seller activates the plan on the Buyer's account as soon as the payment is confirmed. The service is provided over the internet; delays and changes in the publications of the source institutions may affect its content.

5. Term, renewal and cancellation

• Monthly plans and the yearly Company plan renew automatically at the same price at the end of each period unless the Buyer cancels. Any price change is announced by email at least 30 days before it applies and affects later periods only.
• The yearly Individual plan is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically.
• The Buyer can cancel the subscription with one click on the account page at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately; access continues until the end of the paid period and no payment is taken for the next period.
• If a renewal payment fails, it is retried up to 3 times within 7 days; if payment cannot be taken, the plan ends and the account returns to free membership.

6. Right of withdrawal

As the service is performed instantly in electronic form, there is no right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. At checkout the Buyer confirmed that the service starts immediately and accepted the loss of the right of withdrawal.

7. Buyer's obligations

The Buyer uses the account and the plan's content in line with the Terms of Use; the account may not be shared, and the content may not be copied in bulk, republished or sold. In case of breach the Seller may suspend the account.

8. Personal data

The Buyer's personal data is processed for the purposes and on the legal grounds explained in the Privacy Notice.

9. Disputes

In consumer transactions, consumer arbitration committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and consumer courts above those limits. Other disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of [CITY].

10. Entry into force

The Buyer accepts having read and electronically approved this agreement and the Pre-Information Form before the purchase. The agreement enters into force when the payment is confirmed. A copy is sent to the Buyer by email and kept by the Seller.
