• Company plan: full text and translation of all notices, contract awards, project documents, firm pages and alerts for all notices.

Summaries and translations are AI-generated; the original notice text prevails.

Price and payment

The total in the table is the amount payable including VAT; no other fees apply. Payment is taken by credit or debit card as a single payment through iyzico. Your card details are not stored on guncelihale.com servers.

Term, renewal and termination

• Monthly plans and the yearly Company plan: renew automatically at the same price at the end of each period unless cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, it is retried up to 3 times within 7 days; your access continues during this time, and the plan returns to free membership if payment cannot be taken.
• Yearly Individual plan: a one-time payment that does not renew automatically. Reminder emails are sent 30 and 7 days before it ends.
• You can cancel your subscription with one click on your account page at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately; your access continues until the end of the paid period and no payment is taken for the next period.

Performance of the service

The service starts on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form. At checkout you are asked to confirm that the service starts immediately and that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal. The purchase cannot be completed without this confirmation.

You can send requests and complaints to the seller using the contact details in the table. In consumer transactions you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts above those limits.
