Cancellation and Refunds

This page summarizes the cancellation and refund terms of guncelihale.com paid plans. The details are in the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement shown before purchase. The Turkish version prevails.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription with one click at any time, using the "Cancel subscription" button on your account page. Cancellation takes effect immediately.
• After cancelling, your access continues until the end of the paid period; no payment is taken for the next period.
• The yearly Individual plan does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
• To move from the Company plan to the Individual plan, the Company plan's renewal is switched off; at the end of the period you receive a link to switch to the Individual plan.

Refunds

• As the service is performed instantly in electronic form, there is no right of withdrawal, and periods already used or started are not refunded.
• If you are charged twice or incorrectly because of a technical error, the amount is refunded to the card used within 14 days. When it shows on your card depends on your bank.
• Refunds required by law in other cases are made the same way.

Failed payments

If an automatic renewal payment fails, it is retried up to 3 times within 7 days and you receive a link to update your card. Your access continues during this time. If payment cannot be taken, your plan ends and your account returns to free membership.
