Under the World Bank-financed Digital Economy Foundations Project, the Ministry of Finance, Budget and Digital Economy seeks a training firm to deliver accredited CISA certification training on information systems audit to staff of the Directorate General for the Digital Economy, the Executive Secretariat for Information Technologies (SETIC) and the Revenue Office (OBR). The firm must be accredited by ISACA or authorised by an ISACA-recognised body to deliver the training and prepare candidates for the CISA exam. Firms must show at least ten years of experience in certified audit training and at least five relevant references from the past three years. Joint ventures and subcontracting arrangements are allowed.
