Under the Bolivia Improving Sustainable Access to Electricity Project (IDTR III), financed by the World Bank, a consulting service will be procured for the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Energy to prepare pre-investment technical design studies (EDTP) and supporting documents for rural electrification grid extension subprojects. The service covers technical design, environmental and social documentation and bidding documents. Eligible consulting firms expressing interest will be selected under Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS), and firms may apply in joint venture or subconsultancy association.
