Under a World Bank-financed digital acceleration project, consulting services will be procured to carry out a survey on mobile internet use in the project's intervention areas. The assignment covers designing the methodology and sampling strategy, data collection tools, recruiting and training enumerators, a pilot survey, supervision of field data collection, data analysis, and interim and final reports with operational recommendations. Firms will be selected under the Consultant's Qualifications-Based Selection (CQS) method, and interested firms must be legally established and meet the qualification criteria.

This notice invites consulting firms to express interest in a consulting assignment to prepare two Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs) for works covering the rehabilitation, reinforcement and extension of medium- and low-voltage distribution networks, the rehabilitation and construction of MV/LV substations, and the installation of LED luminaires. The assignment is financed under a World Bank-funded electricity services project and will be awarded through Consultant Qualifications-Based Selection. Eligible consulting firms with the required experience may submit expressions of interest, and any joint venture or subcontracting arrangements must be stated clearly.
