The ASEAN Centre for Energy is procuring consulting services, funded by the World Bank under a programme, to assess electricity demand and potential anchor off-takers along submarine power cable corridors, develop investment-readiness and bankability criteria, and design financing strategies and ownership and operational options. The services also cover harmonised commercial and settlement principles for cross-border electricity trading and an investment readiness maturity assessment tool. Expressions of interest are requested from consulting firms that have relevant experience in the energy sector, power infrastructure or infrastructure financing and meet the stated qualifying criteria.
