Under the OECS Data for Decision Making Project, financed by the World Bank, consulting services will be procured to upgrade the IT infrastructure of the Statistical Business Register (SBR) for the Central Statistics Office (CSO) and to improve the coverage and quality of business statistics. The scope includes assessing the existing register, preparing an improvement plan, developing an ISIC migration plan and deploying the upgraded system. Consulting firms may submit expressions of interest; selection will be carried out using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS).
