This Request for Expressions of Interest invites consulting firms to provide services for updating healthcare waste management guidelines. The scope covers reviewing the institutional framework, updating legal guidelines, stakeholder consultations, reviewing a hospital waste audit report and finalizing the guidelines. Selection will be made by Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS), and joint ventures and sub-consultancies are allowed, with all joint venture partners jointly and severally liable.
