The Ministry of Energy's Project Management Office is inviting bids to procure the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the 220/110/10 kV “Isanova” substation and associated 110/35/10 kV substation extensions, together with the associated transmission line connection and interface works, under a single lump-sum design, supply and installation contract. The tender is an international competitive Request for Bids conducted as a single-stage, two-envelope procedure without prequalification. Eligible bidders may submit bids.
