The Statistics Bureau (SBS) will select a system integrator, without prequalification, through a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the supply and installation of the National Digital Identification System. The scope covers population enrolment, biometric deduplication and identity management, identity verification services, the identity card production chain, a civil registration platform, infrastructure and trust services, and related training and skills transfer. The tender is open international competition to all eligible Proposers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
