The Bank of Sierra Leone (BSL) is procuring the development and deployment of a modern electronic credit information sharing (reference) system through a Request for Proposals (RFP). The assignment includes three years of onsite operational and technical support after deployment, with knowledge and operational capability transferred to BSL staff.
