This is an Expression of Interest for selecting an individual consultant to serve for 12 months as a Procurement Specialist at the Grand Inga Project Development and Promotion Agency, under the Inga 3 Development Program financed by the World Bank. The consultant will support procurement activities under World Bank procurement rules, including preparing the procurement plan and bidding documents, monitoring contracts and reporting. Under the Investment Facilitation Project, an individual consultant will be hired as Training and Capacity Building Specialist to design, coordinate and monitor the training and capacity building programme for Component 2. The specialist will prepare budgeted training plans and capacity building strategies, develop training materials and follow up training outcomes, including the employment integration of trainees.
