The Central Support Division within the Ministry of Finance is seeking an individual consultant to serve as Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for two World Bank-financed projects. The specialist will establish and maintain an integrated M&E system covering results indicators, Environmental and Social Commitment Plan metrics, and gender and citizen engagement indicators. Selection is open to individual consultants and will follow an open competitive process under the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers.
