Under the Climate Resilient Road Connectivity Improvement Project, financed by the World Bank’s International Development Association (IDA), a part-time individual consultant will be engaged to prepare a local roads network financing strategy. The service covers preparing a road sector financing strategy and action plan. Individual consultants with long experience in road sector institutional reform and financing, and with work experience alongside development partners, may express interest.
