Development objective
The objective of the Energy Efficiency (EE) Program, financed by an Adaptable Program Loan (APL) and a GEF Grant, is to increase the efficiency of energy production and use in Brazil. The EE program is composed of Phase I - Demonstration and Capacity Building, and Phase II - Dissemination and Mainstreaming.The objective of the EE Project, Phase I of the EE Program, is to demonstrate market-based EE products, services, and delivery arrangements.
