Development objective
The project development objective is to provide sustainable, reliable and affordable access to mobility for the populations of the cities of Bishkek, Osh, Jalalabad. The project will initiate actions in this direction by : (a) restoring selected urban roads to acceptable service standards, (b) taking the first steps to develop a reliable source of financing for urban roads' maintenance and rehabilitation.
