Development objective
The Activity will conduct due diligence on a proposed 40 MWe geothermal power project in Northern Negros Island, Philippines for possible granting of carbon emissions reduction credits. The project, sponsored by the Philippine National Oil Company Energy Development Corporation (PNOC-EDC), would drill production and reinjection wells, construct a fluid collection and disposal system, construct the power plant and build transmission lines to deliver the power to the regional grid.
