Development objective
This subcomponent aims to rehabilitate the power distribution network in Lome and engage in energy demand-side management by replacing existing incandescent light bulbs with compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFL) to reduce electricity use, increase access to electricity, and improve overall lighting services in beneficiary neighborhoods.
