Development objective
To reduce HCFC consumption in order to contribute to the Government of Vietnam's efforts to comply with its Montreal Protocol (MP) phase-out obligations for HCFCs to be met between January 1, 2013 and January 1, 2015. The HCFC phase-out will be done in a manner that maximizes the climate co-benefits through the introduction of no to very low global warming potential (GWP) alternatives.
