Development objective
The Project Development Objective (PDO) of the HSSSP is to improve primary and secondary prevention of selected NCDs, increase the efficiency of hospital management, enhance the capacity of the MoH for evidence-based policy making, and strengthen the Government’s capacity to respond to emergencies.
