  This is an international invitation for bids issued by TchadElec under the Power Interconnection Project (PIRECT) for the design, construction, installation and commissioning of an extension to the Gassi substation. The works are scheduled for eighteen (18) months and include a 225/90/15 kV Gassi substation and the demolition of the existing 90 kV substation, except the existing building and transformer bays. Eligible firms from eligible countries may submit sealed bids under World Bank-financed procurement rules.
