  This notice is a clarification and deadline extension for an expression of interest call to recruit a consultant to prepare APS and APD studies for least-cost electrification of localities within the Senelec service area, under an energy access project financed by the World Bank. Technical and financial proposals are not requested at this stage; only expressions of interest for each separate lot are required. Evaluation will be based on the criteria in section 5 of the original notice to establish a shortlist for each lot, and the submission deadline has been extended while the time and place remain unchanged.
