  Under a World Bank financed agricultural project, consulting services will be procured to supervise and monitor on site irrigation development works across three irrigated areas. The services cover supervision of access roads, intake structures, a bridge, river bank stabilisation and related social infrastructure. Engineering firms may express interest, may form a group to strengthen their qualifications, and selection will be made under Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS). National firms must hold an EC technical approval.
