Under the Investment Facilitation Project, an individual consultant will be hired as Training and Capacity Building Specialist to design, coordinate and monitor the training and capacity building programme for Component 2. The specialist will prepare budgeted training plans and capacity building strategies, develop training materials and follow up training outcomes, including the employment integration of trainees. Under the Investment Facilitation Project, a Civil Engineer will be selected as an individual consultant to provide technical leadership and supervision of feasibility studies for the investment portfolio under component 1.
