The AAU plans to recruit an individual consultant as Education and Research Specialist to provide technical and academic leadership for the regional learning agenda and implementation research of a World Bank-financed project. The specialist will manage relationships with regional research partners, research teams and technical consultants, and will lead work on evidence-based basic education policy reforms.
