Development objective
The objectives of the Project are to: (i) contribute to safeguarding the hydroelectric dams on the Drin and Mat river cascades in the territory of the Borrower; and (ii) improve the operational efficiency of said hydroelectric dams and enhance the stability of power supply in the regional market.
