This notice announces an international competitive Request for Bids (RFB) by the Moroccan Agency for Sustainable Energy (Masen) for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and training of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) testbed. The work includes all equipment, systems and associated civil and electrical works needed to test and characterize industrial BESS. The tender is financed in part by the World Bank and is open to all eligible bidders.
