Development objective

The Project Development Objective (PDO) is two-fold: improve access to (i) learning opportunities for vulnerable children with disabilities and (ii) productive inclusion services for households having children with disabilities in targeted schools in Djibouti.The following are the key PDO indicators:- Number of direct beneficiaries of the project services (Baseline: 0.00; End Target: 4,500)- Number of children with disabilities benefitting from the project (Baseline: 0.00; End target: 2,500)- Number of beneficiaries of economic inclusion programs (Baseline: 0.00; End target: 1,000) - Percentage of beneficiaries (educators, parents, and caretakers) reporting improved awareness about managing needs for children with disabilities (Baseline: 0.00; End Target: 60).
