The Ministry of Finance will procure consulting services to design and deliver a capacity-building and communication programme supporting the implementation of a new public sector accounting framework, funded by the World Bank. The services cover IPSAS-based training for accounting, finance and audit staff, training of trainers, and sustainability materials.
